The blades made from our 3 layer stainless steel are quite soft. So a bent blade can easily be straightened.
You can straighten your blade by placing the blade on a table top, put a book on the top of the blade. Use one hand to press the blade to the table with the book. Then use the other hand to straighten the blade by pulling or pressing the handle of the knife. You do not need to apply much force, a little force and you will see that it bends easily.
Please be careful so you do not cut or hurt yourself in any other way.
So if the blade bends during usage, it does not mean that it is something wrong with it.

La risposta di helle .. Che dire molto veloci .. In poche parole dicono che è normale una cosa del genere essendo il tipo di trilaminato molto morbido .. La posso raddrizzare io mettendola sotto un pesante libro e tirare o spingere senza mettere tanta forza... Bo ora vediamo che succede .. A sto punto mi vien da pensare che è proprio la lama fatta così..
