Perché altrimenti i produttori danno una durezza con un range e non un valore finito?.
patetici.Hi Federico, I apologize for my late reply. Our blades made from our 3 layer stainless steel and 3 layer carbon steel are quite soft after the finished hardening and tempering. This makes them easy to bend, but also easy to straighten. So there is nothing wrong with your blade. Even though it is soft, I guess it is still sharp?

Ovvio che un laminato è più flessibile di un monolitico, ma qui il discorso è ben diverso.
Tanto per fare un esempio: da me in officina abbiamo delle barre in rame piatto da 5 mm e non le pieghi a mano. Tenendo conto che a memoria il rame ha una durezza di circa 40Hrc penso che questo esemplare non arrivi manco a 50 Hrc. A sto punto sarebbe interessante verificare la durezza effettiva del pezzo.

...una risposta del genere secondo me è poco professionale. Dire che vedi è facile piegarlo, ma e facile anche raddrizzarlo è una cagata pazzesca! Anche io faccio qualche coltello ognitanto, ma i miei coltelli, essendo in D2 non si piegano cosi nemmeno quando non sono temprati, figuriamoci dopo.Hi Federico, I apologize for my late reply.
